What I love: The entire 'farm to table, nose to tail' cuisine served in a warm, rich and intimate setting. The space is dimly lit, great for a romantic dinner but also works well for the classic bar feel and whisky flights. The restaurant also features an 'inn' located above with six small rooms featuring reclaimed wood, apple tv's, and just enough of an i-dont-give-a-damn vibe to make it the complete opposite of your traditional boutique hotel.
